Really?
Why are some people complaining about Kaidan looking old? I mean seriously, how long has it been since the first game? Realistically you can’t expect someone to look young forever. Every single character for ME3 looks older because you know why? Stress and all the shit they do in their lives CAN CAUSE YOU TO AGE FASTER. Yes? Yes.
ADD ON:
NOT TO MENTION HE WAS THIRTY SOMETHING IN THE FIRST GAME.
Lol, I saw that. For me, it’s more like, if that silver streaked hair that I think I’ve seen in the released images of him ISN’T a thing in ME3, I will be so disappoint. Helena loves silver foxes/older men sdflkjfdskldsf, but also realism in character design.
Yes to all of this.
Kaidan was 31 at the start of Mass Effect, so I’m guessing he’ll be what, about 34 in ME3? Not beyond the realms of possibly for him to be greying (my father was completely grey by that age), plus as already mentioned all the things he’s been through taking their toll.
And you can add we to the list of people who’ll be disappointed if those silver streaks that seem to be there in the pictures are not in the final game. I think it makes him even hotter.
He’ll be 33 or 34. Not to mention, he’s been through a lot. He’s dealing with his his L2 implants, he went through really hectic training for his biotics, he had a lot of combat experience prior to ME1, he fought Saren and the geth, survived Virmire (assuming that he did, because the “save-Kaidan” canon is what we’re all referring to), becomes a Spectre in ME3, and who knows what else he’s been up to in the like two and a half years between ME1 and ME3. A gray streak in his hair is completely understandable, and makes perfect sense. He’s living a hectic life. Besides, he doesn’t really look that much different.
All of this. Especially what Helena said. Kaidan with salt and pepper hair….
